US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Delivery of flasks thru lab services orders will be based on the amount / quantity of material you have ordered. We prefer you use your own shipping agent to arrange pickup from the lab, and pay them for shipping offline.
If you need us to arrange shipping: we use a service called Shippo to calculate the cost, and will send an invoice for that amount. On receipt of payment, we will ship via UPS 3 day shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - CITES APPENDIX II PLANTS
We are able to ship flasks (in-vitro only) internationally, and have successfully done so to the UK. Check the CITES registrations for details about the plants you want shipped and if they are supported under CITES appendix 2. Generally, Orchid plants are Appendix II except for slipper orchids (Paphs / Phrags / Mexipedium) and a few other select species.
The fees you will be charged:
To conduct the phytosanitary inspection, as of 8/15/2025 is a $150 fee.
for the freight to the destination port - TBD based on size of package, weight.
Because the cost of transit, documentation, handling and communication is so high, we may not accept orders under $1500 USD in value, please inquire.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - CITES APPENDIX I PLANTS
We have not done this process, but are willing to do so.

Orders for Appendix I plants will require full taxonomic detail of the seed parents, and where / how those parents were sourced.
The CITES approval process will have additional fees involved. And the customer is billed for the full cost of all necessary applications, documentation and inspections, courier fees.
